  1. Placing an order

By placing an order with Go Sunglasses, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, Delivery, Returns and Privacy policies in full. These policies have been designed for use in accordance with UK law. A contract between the customer and Go Sunglasses for the sale of a product will only exist when an order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to change prices and availability of goods without notice.

 

  1. Delivery and Returns

Please see our Delivery and Returns Policies, for full details. All products will be sent out under the terms and conditions provided in those policies, and must be returned to us under the same terms and conditions as those policies.

  • Most goods will require a signature upon delivery, if you are not available for delivery, you will be responsible for arranging collection from a depot, or re-delivery of the product.
  • If goods are returned to us due to incorrect address or missing signature, we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries. We reserve the right to charge for delivery, or deduct the cost if a refund is requested.
  • If an item has been delivered damaged, you must sign ‘damaged’. Or refuse the delivery. Please then contact us and we will discuss a return or exchange or refund.

 

  1. Right for you to cancel your order

You have the right to cancel your order, after acceptance by us, for any reason up to the point of item dispatch. If you do not cancel your order within this time, any payments made will be refunded in full once the product has been returned safely. Please see our returns policy for more information on how to do this.

 

  1. Right for us to cancel your order

Go Sunglasses reserves the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver your order
  • We do not deliver to your location
  • The goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error
  • Your payment or delivery details could not be verified
  • We consider your order fraudulent
  • If we cancel your contract, you will be notified by email, and refunded in full if we have debited your account. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation.

 

  1. Liability

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

By using this site, and or placing an order you acknowledge and agree to bound by the terms of our privacy policy.

 

  1. Email Communication

By signing up to our newsletter, placing an order with Go Sunglasses, or signing up to an introductory offer, you opt in to our email communications. You will need to unsubscribe from these services, either by clicking an email link or contacting us in line with our privacy policy.

 

  1. Changes to the website

Go Sunglasses may at any time make alterations to or withdraw this website or any part of it.
