30 Day Returns

We understand that what looks good online, may not fit or suit you perfectly when you have the products in your hands. So, at Go Sunglasses, we offer free 30 day returns on your sunglasses.

At Go Sunglasses, we offer free returns on all items within 30 days of purchase.
On all products, we attach a tag to the bridge of the glasses. If removed, this will permanently verify your purchase and void any returns.
Products must be returned in the same condition as they were originally sent, or we will not be able to process your refund.
To request a refund, please email us at look@gosunglasses.co.uk, quoting your order number, found on your dispatch email, and we will email you a return postage stamp. This needs to be printed off and attached to the return parcel.
Buyers assume all responsibility for return postage safety. If items are damaged on return, we will not be able to process your refund.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll be able to check the items, and refund you quickly. Please bear in mind returns can take up to 3 days to arrive, and refunds can take up to 7 days to show up in your account.
