Our FAQ’s

Are your products authentic?

We are an authorised dealer for all the products we sell, and brands we represent. All the products we order are sourced directly from the manufacturer. All products come with a manufacturer warranty, for either one or two years, depending on the brand. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of our products, we’ll gladly answer any of your concerns.

 

Is the payment process secure?

Yes. We go to great lengths to ensure the payment process is secure for you. We accept credit/debit card and PayPal, Apple Pay. Payment details must match billing address otherwise payment will fail.

 

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes, we don’t have access to your payment information, we only use your address to send out products. For our newsletters, we use your email address to inform you of any promotional offers we feel you may be interested in, but you can unsubscribe from this at any time. How do I know if your products are in stock?

We keep all our products in stock at our warehouse, so if you can purchase a pair of sunglasses online, then we will be able to dispatch them to you immediately. This allows us to offer next day delivery. Should we run out of stock of a popular pair, due to high demand, you will be alerted on screen.

 

Where is my order?

All orders are shipped free via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. If you live on the UK mainland, your order should arrive the following day, and no later than 48 hours after the dispatch date. You can track your order by inserting your tracking code, which we send on your shipping confirmation email, into the Royal Mail website.

 

What if there’s a fault with my sunglasses?

We inspect and sign off all sunglasses before we dispatch them to you, so we hope you never receive a faulty item. However, if you suspect your product has been damaged, please email us at look@gosunglasses.co.uk  and we will work with you to rectify the problem quickly.

 

What is your returns policy?

At Go Sunglasses, we appreciate that what may look good online, may not look as good when you’re wearing them. So we offer 30 day returns on sunglasses. We enclose a bridge tag on the sunglasses that, if removed, voids a return. To request a return, please email us at look@gosunglasses.co.uk with your order number in the subject heading, (found on your order confirmation email) and we will email you a free returns label. Once we have verified the product has been returned in the same condition they were sent out, we will refund you immediately.

 

Have you received my return?

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we will email you confirmation that you’ll be refunded in due course. It should take no longer than one week before we can confirm you’ll be refunded. If you would like to contact us to check on the status of your return, please email us at look@gosunglasses.co.uk with your order number in the subject heading.

 

Will I be fully refunded?

Yes, returns are free, and we don’t charge any selling or shipment fees. As long as the product is returned in the same condition it was sent out, it will be refunded in full. This should take no longer than 7 working days to show in your bank account.
